| It is time again to start thinking about Spring Break. Most US colleges break during March, but 2008 is a leap year and that means that Easter Vacation will also occur during March this season. This means not only college students will be fighting to get vacation rooms, but because of the Easter holiday, regular family vacationers will also be competing for hotel rooms. MTV to be at Panama City Beach
MTV will be bringing the party to Panama City Beach in March for Spring Break 2008. MTV's "Spring Break Village" will be
at Panama City Beach and will host eight concerts, as well as several other TV events, over a ten day period.
The Panama City Beach Tourist Development Council used it's yearly marketing budget to bring MTV and MTVu to
Panama City Beach, this March, for Spring Break 2008.
MTV will surely help bring Spring Breakers to this already popular Spring Break destination. MTV will have live
performances from Fergie, LL Cool J, Lil Jon, Gym Class Heros, All American Rejects, Fall Out Boy, as well as many
others. MTV will also have MTVu Spring Break themed events, and live reports from "Spring Break Universe.

| NEW PASSPORT REQUIREMENT. If you are leaving the U.S for Spring Break, Please read. You will be required to show a passport when re-entering the U.S. This is for anyone flying, driving, or leaving the states by boat. Beginning January 8, 2007 The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative will require that all citizens of the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and British overseas Territory of Bermuda, to have a passport or other secure document to enter and re-enter the U.S. These are required at U.S. Airports and seaports. A passport is an internationally recognized travel document that verifies the identity and nationality of the bearer. A valid U.S. Passport is required to enter and leave most foreign countries. A valid U.S passport will also be required to re- enter the U.S. after leaving for any reason, including Spring Break. Only the U.S. Department of State has the authority to issue or verify United States passports. Processing time is about four weeks after submission of your application. The new e-Passport has an embedded RF tag in the back cover. This chip will store the same data visually displayed on the photo page of the passport, and will also include a digital photograph. The inclusion of the digital photograph will enable biometric comparison, through the use of facial recognition technology at international borders To obtain a passport for the first time, you must apply in person. You must also apply in person if your previous US Passport was lost, stolen, or damaged, if your previous U.S. Passport has expired & was issued more than 15 years ago, if your previous passport has expired and it was issued when you were under 16, or if your name has changed since your passport was issued and you do not have a legal document formally changing your name. You can apply in many Federal, state courts, post offices, public libraries, and some county and municipal offices. There are also 13 regional passport agencies and a Gateway City Agency, which serve customers who are traveling within 2 weeks, or who need foreign visas for travel. Appointments are required in such cases. In order to apply for your passport, you need to have two self photographs, proof of Citizenship, and a valid form of photo identification such as a driver’s license at the time of application.
